There are five core competencies that embody the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) of Certified Family Peer Specialists (CFPS) and their work supporting caregivers and families. Either scroll down to view all resources or choose a core competency on the far left.
The core competencies are abbreviated as: Resiliency, Recovery, and Wellness (RR&W), Effecting Change (EC), Resources and Natural Supports (R&NS), Systems Knowledge and Navigation (SK&N), Professional Responsibilities (PR).
